01.Strict No-Refund Position
EloAppz delivers cloud software, telecom capacity, AI minutes and WhatsApp conversations that are provisioned and metered the moment you start using them. Once consumed, those resources cannot be returned to inventory. As a result, all subscription fees, top-up credits and usage charges are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law.
02.Why We Operate This Way
- You receive instant access to platform features, integrations and dashboards on activation.
- Voice minutes, WhatsApp conversations and AI inference time are paid by us to upstream providers as soon as they're consumed.
- It protects honest customers from misuse and chargeback fraud, and lets us keep prices low for everyone.
What this means for you
Transparent pricing without a refund cushion baked in keeps your unit economics, and ours, predictable.
03.Genuine Exceptions
We will refund or credit your account where: (a) you were charged due to a verifiable technical error on our side; (b) the Service was not delivered because of our fault and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable time; or (c) a refund is required by mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Each request is reviewed on its merits.
What this means for you
If something genuinely goes wrong on our side, you're not stuck, we make it right.
04.Cancellations
You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by writing to connect@eloappz.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans are not pro-rated for partial-period cancellations.
What this means for you
No 30-day exit notice, no escalation calls, cancel when you want, keep what you paid for.
05.Trials, Demos & Pilots
Where we agree a free trial, demo or paid pilot in writing, the specific terms of that trial or pilot apply. Unless we agree otherwise, fees paid for paid pilots are non-refundable but may be applied as credit against a subsequent paid plan.
06.Support First
Most billing or service concerns are resolved faster by talking to us than by raising a dispute with your bank. Please reach our team at connect@eloappz.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99000 41351 before initiating a chargeback so we have the chance to investigate and fix the issue.
What this means for you
Direct human support means real fixes, not weeks of waiting on a card-network dispute.
07.Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first raising the issue with us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We will share evidence of usage, delivery and consent in response to any chargeback. If a dispute is found in our favour, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee in addition to the original amount.
08.How Refunds Are Issued
Where a refund is approved, we will return funds to the original payment instrument within 7 to 14 working days, subject to the payment gateway's processing timelines. For wire payments, refunds are issued to the originating bank account on receipt of validated bank details.
